Since its launch on 10 March 1999, the Flemish Info Line has been working with an external contact centre in order to respond as efficiently as possible to enquiries from citizens, companies and organisations. The contact centre can be reached by various means.
By far the most popular route is the free 1700 telephone number. Information officers take calls on the 1700 line on weekdays from 9.00 to 19.00 hours. The same officers can also be reached by email and the chat facility.
